HP Recommended

The CD/DVD drive (HP DVDRW SU208HB) on my notebook has suddenly stopped working. It is recognized in 'Ddvice Manager' and reported as 'The Device is working properly'. But it does NOT work at all.

 

Please help. Thank you!
