HP Recommended
Example: HP Pavilion 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After startup, a cmd.exe window pops up. It is completely blank and disappears within 3 or 4 seconds. I have been experiencing this problem for many months up to now, I have tried anything by looking for solutions on this and other forums. The only thing I could achieve is finding the most probable software which is causing this error: HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTICS. I deleted it, and right after the disappearing of the cmd.exe window, the PC would ask me to find a new app to open the link to hpdiags. By re-installing it, the cmd.exe window pops up again, and simply disappears as it already did.

This problem does not affect the performances of the PC, but it is very irritating.

I hope you can help me solving this problem.

Thank you for your help!
