Product: HP Pavilion N5415
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP
Does the HP Pavilion N5415 laptop have a CMOS battery? If so, where is it located? I want to change it, but cannot find it. It is not visible when I remove the 2 screw on access covers on the bottom of the laptop. The manual has no info about changing a CMOS battery. When I tried to start the laptop, after a long period of inactivity, it would not boot up. The screen was stuck on the HP logo. I hit the F2 key to enter the BIOS, and the time was off, and the date had reverted to 1988. I updated the date/time, and then it booted up. Does anyone have any info on this specific model. I believe it was manufactured in the year 2000. Thanks
