Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All, 

I hope you are all well and safe from the Covid terror.

 

My only friend these days: HP Pavilion Power gives out a warning (CMOS Reset 502) and the battery won't charge at all. 

 

I called up HP here in İstanbul and it takes TWENTY days to change the battery and no one understood the warning on the opening screen (CMOS). 

 

Could anyone please help me take the right steps please?
