Product: Example: Pavilion Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I've reached out twice before without receiving the email I expected from support. I have a cracked and separated screen at the right corner hinge. I never dropped it only normal operation and this is supposed to be designed to fold over on itself which i never did but now this is damaged and the screen has a huge crack in it. What gives HP, this is the hinge, should not be experiencing this.
