Hi,

 

I have recently purchase a HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0000 ad trying to connect this to my screen and various peripherals using a Caldigit TS3 Dock.

 

I have noticed some interesting behaviour.

- Logitech wireless mouse periodically stop working. they become jerky and unresponsive.

- this mouse and keyboard are completely non responsive on front usb port.

- Periodically the mouse stops working and i need to reboot to establish connection

- Laptop keybaord occasionally becomes unresponsive.

- Jabra Bluetooth voice dongle - voice performance is awful, robotic and unusable.

 

The experience is absolutely awful. I have tested the thunderbolt device on a mac device and all works well.

All device drivers and firmware up to date.

 

Please advise on how to rectifty this?
