Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have a new laptop with OS Win10. The battery runs out quickly, laptop life time is 4 hours, while the HP claims 10 hours in video viewing mode. I used the program HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows the diagnostic result was PASS. When I use HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI  Battery Check page that displays the battery passes and needs to be calibrated.

After the calibration laptop says:

Tell me, please,  what it means Calibration Required (20)? Need to repeat the procedure 20 more times?
