HP Recommended
Pavilion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My camera and microphone suddenly stopped working. I didn't do any updates to my PC when this happened. I tried various recommendations that I found online such as updating the driver, uninstalling/reinstalling the camera, etc. Although I reinstalled the camera, it didn't show up in the device manager. I gave up and reset my computer hoping to restore everything, but still no camera. Yesterday, I discovered the microphone doesn't work; however, the microphone that comes with my headphone works. I did some research and found that the camera is actually a camera/microphone. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if anyone has replaced the camera on their own. I'm tempted to try replacing the camera myself. Thanks!
