Hello everyone, 

 

I am getting trouble with my laptop's camera. I have to use Zoom for all my online classes. However, after I updated Windows 10, the camera on my laptop hasn't worked anymore.  I tried to do a factory reset, but it was still unsuccessful. I tried to find its driver from the hardware ids value:  {DD8E82AE-334B-49A2-AEAE-AEB0FD5C40DD}\DetectionVerification, and I got the same result. 

 

I appreciate someones who will spend your time to solve this trouble for me.
