Hi, there. 

 

I've noticed that the webcam of my laptop has been flickering a lot, with multiple white lines moving from time to time. This didn't improve when I used my phone as a USB camera for the laptop. That is to say, no matter what camera device I use, when I open the "Camera" application and other apps that use camera, such as Zoom, Snap Camera, it keeps flickering. 

 

To solve this problem, I have checked and installed all updates. Basically I don't think it is a hardware problem but please help me to look into the problem. Thank you so much.
