HP Laptop 15-db1xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just purchased a new laptop and everything seemed to work fine, but whenever I try to use an app that requires camera access, I keep getting the same message: that my webcam cannot be found.

I have tried multiple methods I found online, such as checking to see if the apps I am trying to use have permission to use the camera, updating Windows and the drivers. Nothing worked, I even reset my device (although it was not a full reset, I chose the option that lets me keep my personal files)

When I open Device Manager, nothing regarding a webcam shows up.

I would greatly appreciate some help, thank you very much in advance!
