Product: Elitebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

Hi, 

 

I hope someone can help me. I have a brand new Elitebook. I wiped the camera area with a cloth and it immediately changed the visual to  what I would describe as an active grey - like I am covering it with something - not like it is completely not working.

I can’t work out what it could be, other than I broke it but it seems ridiculous that I could break it just from giving it a clean!
