Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The camera shutter isn't working properly.
When the camera shutter is on (when the camera is shut), it's stable & there are no issues. It doesn't turn the camera on & the icon shows that the camera is closed for a few seconds & disappears. 
 
but when I turn the camera shutter off (when the camera is on), It's unstable & the camera turns off on its own & sometimes it switches on & off back to back, like how it is in the video I've attached below. 

Also, sometimes the icon doesn't go away & stays frozen on the screen. 

please look into it & find me a way to solve it asap.
