Product: HP ProBook x360 11 G2 EE

Hello, as COVID-19 has made my school cancel all school-related events and classes, my teacher has decided to start a video chat and start teaching us online. There is a problem with my laptop though, only the second camera on my keyboard works, the camera on top of the display doesn't. I searched online for the manual, but all it says is to go on the camera app and use the switch button, but there is none. ( As shown below ) And since this is a school laptop, I don't have admin access to change anything in the Device Manager area and reinstall drivers. Please help with a fix!
