Product: hp pavilion 15-cs0055tx

My laptop (HP pavilion 15-cs0055tx) runs out of battery quite quickly, so I was wondering if I could charge the laptop with a power bank. And if I can what MAH should it be since I've tried with a 20,000MAH one because the light that indicates if its charging or not is not lighting up. I've tried to restart the battery and it gave me a BIOS update and I did it but it didn't do anything.
