Product: Hp Pavilion x360 14dw1019tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm so disappointed about new laptop received model : HP pavilion x360 14dw1019tu i7 11gen which have not a backlit key board when model before have, like 14dw1023dx or 14dw0063tu. So can I replace keyboard with backlit into my model 14dw1019tu ? And will HP service do it?

I'm live in Vietnam btw.
