Cromebook x360 14b-ca0008nl
Chrome OS

I've just bought from hp store Cromebook x360 14b-ca0008nl , crome os  is preloaded by HP (86.0.4240.77).

MY PROBLEM: on cromebook screen I do  see  the bluetooth icon, I am able to turn on/ off the bluetooth and  as well scan for pairing but nothing happens (search loop goes on endles). I've tried with different android phones and tablet with no result. Question: how can I ascertain that my cromebook model DOES HAVE bluethooth (HW) installed? (Hp documentation lacks of info about)

If yes (bluetooth hw is installed in my model) what could be the reason of the problem?

Thank you for any help.
