Product: HP Chromebook 11 G4

Hello,

I have an HP Chromebook 11 G4 and I can't watch videos on Hoopla Digital (www.hoopladigital.com).  I can watch movies I borrow from Hoopla Digital on my Android phone. But, everytime I try to watch a movie on the Hoopla Digital website the video will not play at all.  Any ideas?
