HP Recommended
Product: HP Laptop 15-dy2xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Asus ZenWiFi AiMesh system. I can log in as administrator with my HP desktop computer, but when I try to log in via my notebook, I get an "Invalid Username or Password" message. My notebook has TPM and BitLocker encryption for my SSD. Could they be the culprit preventing login, or am I missing something simple and obvious? Any help much appreciated.
