Operating System: Linux
Hi, I have this problem since I had hard reset on my laptop did by hp service. Before it I could boot without changing any command. Now it works only when I add acpi=off command. It may be due to a BIOS update. I tried to downgrade it, but from Windows level I cannot do it(it writes that BIOS version is incompatibile) and when I tried using usb stick, pressed Win+B and turned off computer, but I got no bios update screen. Only CapsLock key was blinking and screen stayed black.
