Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear HP customer service,

since I have my HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 I am not able to turn off the audio feedback signal for my fingerprint reader. I always mute my notebook as I find it quite annoying to get the feedback of my notebook during a meeting or when I work in a quiet environment.
In the HP client security environment I found an option "feedback for fingerprint scan" (translated to English, not sure if it's the exact same wording there) and I unchecked the box "activate audio feedback". Nevertheless I still get an audio feedback every time.
How can I solve this problem?
Martin
