Product: probook 450 g7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi , T have an hp probook 450 g7 laptop with windows 10 pro 64bits version 2004, after some weeks of usage i can't connect to any wireless network. I can see wireless networks but when i select one to connect and it request for the password, the keyboard will not type in the password field, i also notices this with start menu, in explorer and windows settings. The keyboard works normally in other applications like MSword ,chrome, MSexcel etc but won`t work in windows.

At first i thought it was a driver issues, so i uninstalled the keyboard driver but problem still occurs, maybe its a problem with windows update.

I need solution
