HP Recommended
Product: HP Chromebook 14-q010nr
Operating System: Chrome OS

I'm having a hard time trying to update my chromebook. I'm currently on  version 76.0.3809.136 (official build) (64-bit) but I hear there's a current version of 79. My chromebook keeps saying that I have the latest version and that no updates were necessary. Why can't I get this chromebook to update?? I tried powerwashing....nothing....I tried checking to see if there was version pinning.....nope. I'm the only owner of this chromebook...I did buy it used but I don't know if there is  something I'm missing. I even tried analyzing debug logs. Please help!
