Hello,
I saw that this type of problem seems common with some HP laptops, but was unable to resolve it, so I'm posting to get some help.
I am unable to use the [fn] + [f9]/[f10] keys to adjust my screen brightness. The other [fn] features like volume adjustment, etc. do work, but not brightness.
I can go to Windows Settings and do it there, but would love to be able to just adjust brightness up and down via my keyboard.
How can I fix this? Thank you.
