Hello, please help. I am unable to use Whatsapp on my computer. I tried the Whatsapp Desktop App, Chrome and Edge Browser, but I cannot scan the QR code. I attempted scanning the QR code 40 times. It does not work. I tried the laptop screen, the monitor, but nothing works. This laptop is brand new. But I can connect with my old HP laptop without any issues. I did research on the web for 3 hours. I contacted HP Support, but they said to contact Whatsapp. Whatsapp has not helped. I am stuck. I would love to use Whatsapp on my pc rather than my phone. I have been using it on my pc for many years now.
