Product: NOtebook17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We almost get to where Corel Suite 17 it is fully downloaded.....then a message pops up saying it cannot install because an old copy is already on the computer.  There is not other copy of this on the computer.    We are so frustrated!  There are no other large programs on the laptop.  ......we purchased it totally to run Corel Suite.  Any advice is greatly appreciated!
