Hi everyone,

I have been having trouble installing a keyboard driver update for the above laptop. The driver in question is among the attached photos; it comes as an optional update on Windows Update. I have tried several times to install it, but it never does so; no error messages, dialog boxes, nothing. I click 'Download and install' but to no avail. I am able to install all other updates via Windows Update so. I don't think Windows Update is the issue. Any solution(s)?

Second problem is with installing a BIOS update.  Got notified via Support Assistant and tried to install through it but it fails. Went to the HP support website and downloaded the file myself; opened it and after extraction of the files, nothing happens at all.
