Hello community,

I have here an older Zbook 15 G2. andI made a stupid mistake by trying to update the TPM firmware with a wrong softpaq.

However, now I cannot reject the update. Pressing F2 to reject brings me back to the update request over and over again. Pressing F1 to accept shows only a message, that the firmware ist not updateable and then I am back to the request screen.

I tried to remove all batteries, including the RTC battery and the drives, without luck.

 

Any suggestions how I can make the notebook to forget the update request?
