Pavillion x360 14-inch Core i5-10210U

I am unable to setup the fingerprint sensor on my Pavilion x360 laptop.

Device manager says the drivers are there. When I follow the instructions (see the image on the left, below), nothing happens. My fingers are clean, as is the sensor, itself. My x360 model has the scanner on the side of the keyboard on the right, below the volume control button (see image on the right).

What am I doing wrong?
