HP Recommended
Product: Probook 6360b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried to download the softpaq from HP's website to update the management engine firmware but it is unsuccessful. All i get is the error "8710 - firmware update failed due to insufficient memory", any idea of what this exactly means and how to solve it?
