HP Recommended
Product: Zbook 15 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Zbook 15 G3 with intel HD 530 + AMD Firepro w5170M graphics is not detecting external display on HDMI. (external display : AOC LED TV)

->intel 17 - 6700HQ

->32GB RAM

->256 GB SSD / 1TB HDD

Steps taken till now:

1) Enable "hybrid Mode" Graphics in BIOS

2) updated graphics drivers for intel HD 530 from windows update

3) updated AMD firepro drivers from windows update( external display not working)

4) updated AMD firepro drivers from AMD auto detect( Still external display not working)

5) HDMI cable/External Display checked by connecting my other laptop :HP Pavilion x360 (14-dh1008TU). (external display worked fine)

6) Selected all modes: duplicate / extended/second display only (Windows key + P)

7) Windows up to date. No further updates available in Windows Update Section

😎HP Assistant installed and all drivers updated.

9) No driver installation pending in Device Manager
