Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Can you help, today i tried to clean up my hardware composants .... When i just have finished cleaning , i tried to start my pc but suddentely i heard hard disk sound first, then the lightbulb behind the caps lock button started flashing with a slight long break between blinks ( there is no specific number of blinks , its infinite with a break after every single blink) .
