Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

 

From Google Chrome, I can cast my screen, but from Windows' audio/video player, or by right clicking on a video and selecting "cast to device" my Chromecast never appears. 

 

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Hoping the community can provide me with some advice. Thank you!
