Hello,

A few days ago i just have problem with my hp charger that suddenly stopped working while using it and the lap top stopped working

And recently i bought a new different brand but not hp because i dont have any hp support near around but once i have connected its working with black screen and capslook blinking

I checked  the charger i find that is different

Input and out and voltage and less than hp original one

Hp

Input 100-240 v-1.5 A  50 - 60 Hz

Output 19 v  == 4.74A 90 W Max

The new one

Input  220 - 240 V~1.7A  50-60 Hz

Output 18.5V  ==3.5A   65W

Now where is the problem?!

The problem with new charger voltage

Or there problem happened since damage happened with lap top hardware?

Please support me

However im leaving at area where no hp support or hp store

Thanks for assisting
