Hey there,

I recently bought a HP USB-C dock G5 for my wife. She has a HP Zbook Studio G4 and a laptop from her work (not sure which one). Everything works fine, the dock provides an ethernet connection to our internet router, mouse and keyboard support and a second screen. It also charges her laptop from work, but too bad it doesn't charge her HP Zbook Studio G4, which surprised me since i thought HP products would be more compatible with the USB-C dock.

I was wondering, is it possible to charge the Zbook at all with USB-C? Or is there something else wrong?

Thank you in advance.
