I have this laptop, it has two TB3 ports. I am attempting to connect an Akitio Node Titan to it. The card in the Titan is a Gigabyte 1070 mini ITX. The Power supply is 650w. The Power output from the TB3 port is rated at 87w.

When just the Titan is plugged in, it does not charge.

When just the hp charger is plugged in, it does charge,

When both are plugged in, it does not charge.

All drivers, etc. are updated and current. Recent reset of the laptop done, Windows update current. The computer sees and uses the GPU. TB command center sees the Node Titan.

I have tried two different TB3 cables, both in spec, one is an apple cable which can carry up to 100 watts.

Please help!
