HP Recommended
Product: Chromebook 11 G5 EE
Operating System: Chrome OS

I have 2      11 G5 EE Chromebooks that will not run system recovery.

 

Both give the message that the OS is missing or damaged  and to insert a Recovery USB Stick.

 

Once I do this the message goes away but that is it.

 

I have tried 2 different USB Drives with the HP Recovery on them but nothing happens.

 

Any ideas?
