How do I turn on my keyboard backlight?
If I press the refresh and power buttons simultaneously, I can get the keyboard backlight to flicker on for less than half a second, but I can't figure out how to get it to stay on.
Yes, I've tried in bright and dim ambient light conditions.
Yes, my model should have a backlit keyboard, and I've confirmed that the backlight is present by pressing the "Reload" and " Power" buttons. (This is something I stumbled upon while attempting to figure out the secret code to turn on the backlit keyboard. I don't believe this is the correct way. Seems more like a glitch, but it does prove that my unit has functional backlighting.)
Yes, I've tried a powerwash.
What am I missing other than an adequate manual, which doesn't appear to mention the backlit keyboard at all?
