Product: HP Chromebook x360 14-da0000na
Operating System: Chrome OS

I have had a HP Chromebook x360 14-da0000na since April and intermittently the battery icon would disappear completely. This didn't seem to affect functionality at all, so I continued to use.

 

However, recently it never wakes when opening and it won't turn on without having the power cable plugged in (even though fully charged). Sometimes the battery icon is present and sometimes not.

 

I now have to plug in and press the power button and refresh button to try and wake it, which can sometimes take 10 minutes of pressing the buttons repeatedly. Once started i can unplug and use on battery power, so nothing to do with having no charge. I have done a battery test and it is fine.

 

Seems like there is a hardware fault. How do I go about arranging a replacement under warranty?
