Operating System: Chrome OS

Chromebook X2 Front Camera blurry issue has been reported many times, but I am creating another post to report the same issue per HP Support Team's request.

The front camera seems to be on a fixed focus at 2 inches.

I tried PowerWash and cleaning with a lint-free cloth, but could not resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, the warranty already expired.

I contacted HP Support Team, and I was asked to create a public post.

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
