Thanks for the troubleshooting tips. My sons ChromeBook worked fine last night but the computer would not turn on this morning. It would not respond either when charging. Success on first trouble shooting attempt! I pressed the power button and the refresh button down at the same time and it woke up instantly. Good luck to everyone else I hope you can fix yours as easy as I did ours.
