HP Recommended
Product: x360
Operating System: Chrome OS

I was using my Chromebook x360 this morning and received a message to restart to update the operating system.  I clicked to restart and now the laptop does not power up and there are no lights that light up when a power cord is plugged in.  It is barely out of warranty.  I can't find a way to contact HP on this.  Is there any hope, or do I now have a $400 paperweight?
