Hi,

My HP Envy's click pad scroll function not working at all times.. Some times it works fine and some time it stops working.

I tried uninstall and install drivers but still same issue.

 

Recently HP technical team replaced touchpad due to some problem with right..

 

And I dont find clickpad settings described in note below suggested by Virtual Agent.
