Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello, I am new to the forum, greetings to all. My question is about what hardware upgrade could be done to improve speed and power without spending a fortune. This model has a Celeron T3100 installed at 1.9 GHz with GL40 chipset. I have thought after seeing the comparisons for that motherboard to install a Pentium CPU T4500 (1M Cache 2.30 GHz 800MHz FSB) 35W PGA478 portable processor, or Intel Core 2 Duo T8300 or similar. so would i have to update the bios ?? I would also like to change the HDD for an SSD. What do you think about here? I would like your advice and the guidelines to follow to carry out such a process. Best regards and thanks in advance.
