HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0000nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This notebook was given to me as a very special present, and I were so glad to have it after months of savings. I got it, everything seemed to work fine at the very beginning, but just after a month, I can already relate a list of issues i cannot stand for by a top of the line ultrabook.

First, the screen hinge, which decided to completely mess itself up by just turning the screen for tablet mode. I use the tablet mode a lot, and seeing the screen make cracky noises while I rotate it or even close the laptop just because of a month of normal use is totally unacceptable.

Second, the touchpad. I tried to fix the hardware complete lack of great feedback via external software, but nothing ever worked and the precision and the feedback of my touchpad are horrible since day one. As a programmer and a student, finding myself in trouble with the normal everyday use of my laptop just because of this is pretty disappointing.

Third, the Screen Stability. I type a lot, and when I say a lot I mean A LOT. I don't know about anyone who purchased the x360 13'' having this type of feedback, but my screen literally vibrates when i'm typing on it. Somenthing incredibly annoying.

Fourth, the Screen Pixel Response times. I can literally see the cursor's trace while I'm moving it, making the whole experience even more rough. This problem is even more clear when I scroll or move around the system and the OS Graphics.

I applied all the updates and the bios fixes HP provided through the support assistant, but nothing of the software issues got fixed or changed. I always kept the device in the original cover while moving it, taking care of its "health".

All these issues completely disappointed me, since it's my main daily device I study on and since I use it very often.

I hope it's just an unlucky device, and I'd like to know if I can get it replaced with a new one since I'm widely under warranty.

Thanks for your time.
