Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I have 2 Elitebook 2560p computers . They both have the same problem , The batteries will not charge . The second one did work untill i tried to charge it with a car adapter ... They both work with the charger albeit the battery is going down ( I have 5 batteries ) I live off grid.

I know if I put a dead battery in one of the computers It will not turn on or if it does dies very quickly, because of the battery

I will say I believe I over volted the computer . Perhaps Both . Is this a possibility and is there a simple fix ... its not hardware I have followed a few different ways on the web BUt To No Avail ...

Many Thanks If someone has an idea
