Good evening everyone, after a windows update, maybe .., the headphone jack connector is no longer recognized, the audio can only be heard from the integrated speakers, impossible to listen to music / sounds via cable and audio jack (audio jack connector on the right side). It is also not possible to connect external bluetooth speakers. In the control panel, under the audio item, both the headphones and the bluetooth headset are disconnected / disconnected and it is impossible to enable them in any way.
it's infinitely frustrating ... I've been trying all the solutions found online for months, but without success ...
Ironically, in device manager details it says that the connector works and the drivers too ... Conexant Smart Audio ... a big thank you to anyone who can help me and sorry for my bad English.
