HP EliteBook
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

I have a HP Elite 840G3 and my product number is Y1P27EC#ABA.  Originally, I had 2 external monitor hooked up and I would keep my laptop 'closed'.  I purchased 2 new monitors and I cannot get my 2nd external monitor to display.   It does show I have three monitors under my display.  However, when I select the "2" monitor it says didn't detector monitor.  When I try to 'identify' it only shows me 1 and 3.  1 is my laptop, which I have opened.

I have tried to update / remove / rollback drivers, no luck.  I am running WIN 10.

One monitor I have connected using a HDMI to VGA and the other I am using a DP to a DP to DP.  I am also using a docking station, but I have tried without as well.  I feel like I am missing just one step or something simple, since this worked with my old monitors.  Thanks!!!

HELP!
