Product: Elitebook Revolve 810
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I recently bought and Anker 3.0 Docking station to be able to connect my laptop to an external monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers while I'm at home. When I plug in my elitebook through USB, the keyboard, mouse and speakers work fine, but the display will not show on the external monitor.

 

When I use my other laptop on the dock, the display works fine but the elitebook continues to give this problem

 

Any ideas on what might be causing this?
