Hi All,

For the last couple days I have noticed a constant flashing white light (flashes 5 times, stops, then starts again), no matter if the laptop is turned on or off.

The battery does still charge normally however.

Laptop is only a bit over a year old. Not dropped it or anything.

This question has been asked a few times, so my apologies.

I have been through the prior posts and action-ed the advice given, but nothing helped so far in my case (e.g. hardware diagnostic tests on battery and adapter from the app and from startup menu (all  came out passed/fine), BIOS update and reset, uninstalling ACPI in device manager, hard reset/powering down and holding power button for up to a minute etc.).

Is there anything else i could try?

Or is this something that could be a deeper issue I need to get looked at.... or I guess do I just need to live with this?

Many thanks in advance,

M
